What’s an incentive, and how can I participate?
Some employers and/or health plans may offer their employees/members incentives for participating in a coaching program. Available incentives are determined by your employer and/or health plan. If your employer or health plan is offering an incentive for your participation, your employer or health plan will communicate the details of the incentive offering to you, including how to participate.
